HOW TO GROW MUSHROOMS NEEDLE
Needle are
also called fungus because they grow in clusters of the same size, bean-shaped
but with larger size and mushroom head on top. The young mushroom capsules are
hemispherical, and later transform into umbrellas. Yellow mushroom caps, in the
middle, are darker yellow. The stem is white or light yellow, the lower half is
light brown. In addition to fungus on the needles are completely white with
both the hat and stem.
1
/ Prepare house and bag planting
- Fungus needle is suitable at low temperature so
want to grow mushroom needle in high temperature to prepare cold houses.
- Choose PE or PP bag size 40x20cm, thickness
0.05-0.06mm. It is also possible to use wide mouth glass bottles to grow
mushrooms. When using a wide-mouth glass bottle, it is necessary to prepare
thin films, newspaper or cloth to cover the bottle before sterilizing.
2
/ Mix materials
Mushroom growing materials are relatively diverse,
including pea pods, peanut shells, rubber sawdust, mulch sawdust, sawdust,
straw mash, corn stover, bagasse or banana peel.
3
/ Mixing ingredients
- Formula 1: 77% sawdust, 20% rice bran, 1% gypsum
powder, 1% sugar, 1% superfine 1% water added to 60-70% moisture, pH 6.5.
- Formula 2: 72% cut straw, 20% rice bran, 5% corn
meal, 1% sugar, 1% super phosphate, 1% gypsum powder. Add water to 60-70%
moisture, pH 6.5.
- It should be noted with sawdust to heap after 3-6
months to use for planting mushroom needle. If you have to hurry, just sunbathe
with water, after a few days.

/ How to grow and care
- Putting plastic in the plastic bag is similar to
the plastic bag used to grow mushrooms, mushrooms ... can use hand or machine.
Each bag should contain about 0.4-0.5kg of material. Leave about 20 cm height
at the top so that the mushroom stems will grow there. Smooth the surface of
the bag of material and create a small hole, later used for transplanting. Make
a round cotton roll around the cotton button, cover a piece of newspaper paper
and tie it with plastic straps.
Disrupt disinfection disruption as with other
fungi. Allow to cool to 250C put into the breeding chamber. Usually a bottle of
seed can be used for 30-40 bags. It is recommended to use the bottle or bag
with the fungal growth of white to the bottom but not recommended for more than
2 months.
- After transplanting into bags, put these bags into
wooden or bamboo racks of 1m in width, length depending on the area of the
room, floors 50-60cm apart. Maintain the temperature 20-230C, after 20-30 days
hyphae will grow full bags. The relative humidity of the air in the growing
room is 80-90%.
- When the fruiting body is formed, the most
suitable temperature is 130C, not mushroom growing at temperatures above 160C.
- When the fruit grows open all the mouth of the
bag, keeping the relative humidity of the air about 80-85%, maintaining the
diffused light. The length of the bag should be loosened according to the
principle of when the bag is higher than 5cm. If not done so the fruit will be
hatched early, short mushroom stalk. When the mushroom stalk high gradually
should lower the relative humidity of air to 75-80%, keeping room for mushroom
cultivation from appearing fruit to harvest.
5
/ Harvest
When the mushroom is 15cm long, it is possible to
harvest the first batch. After picking mushrooms, pull the mushroom bag up to
2cm above the surface, maintain the temperature about 130C, only after 3-4 days
has appeared the second mushroom. 75-90 days.
In addition to the method for fungus growing
out of a bag, there is a method to make fungus grow from the two papules. Then
put the material into a long tube, cotton buttons on both ends and put the
mushroom on the media.
